Turkey's Real Estate Platform

Established in 1999 by the existing and emerging representatives of Real Estate Investment Partnerships (REITs) in Turkey, GYODER operates as "Turkey's Real Estate Platform."

Its mission is to contribute to the development of the real estate sector and to create value for all sector stakeholders. Guided by its main vision, the 4T principle, GYODER adopts the subjects of Technology, Design, Nature, and Society. The organization aims to communicate its purpose and distinction through both its actions and statements. As a pioneering umbrella organization in the real estate sector, GYODER leverages its expertise and experience to carry the sector into the future.

As GYODER, we work to make valuable contributions on behalf of our sector. Our main vision, the 4T; embracing Nature, Society, Technology, and Design, communicates our purpose and difference through both our actions and our statements. In short, we act by placing our 4T vision at the center of all our activities or projects. This year, with the vision we have adopted as an association, we will once again gauge the pulse of the sector at our summit, featuring esteemed speakers and an exceedingly rich content.
