GYODER was established in 1999 by the representatives of existing and emerging real estate investment trusts (REITs) in Turkey.

As "Turkey's Real Estate Platform," GYODER aims to contribute to the development of the real estate sector and create value for all stakeholders. With its primary vision based on the 4T principles—Technology, Design, Nature, and Society—GYODER aims to communicate its purpose and distinction to all sector stakeholders through both its actions and words. As a leading organization providing thought leadership in the real estate sector, GYODER leverages its expertise and experience to drive the sector into the future.

As GYODER, we work to make valuable contributions on behalf of our sector. Our main vision, the 4T; embracing Nature, Society, Technology, and Design, communicates our purpose and difference through both our actions and our statements. In short, we act by placing our 4T vision at the center of all our activities or projects. This year, with the vision we have adopted as an association, we will once again gauge the pulse of the sector at our summit, featuring esteemed speakers and an exceedingly rich content.
